Bar tending, pool attendant and host services are available to ensure maximum comfort, from staging the lounges with fresh towels, to positioning umbrellas to your liking, to keeping you hydrated and happy by serving a variety of libations and non-alcoholic beverages, frequently using organic citrus grown on the property.  Our host staff will treat you like royalty.   

Exquisite food and incomparable drinks abound at The Respite.  Our on-site private chef is here to please your palate and arrangements can be made to stock your favorite items prior to your arrival.

Our staff includes seasoned professionals in the art of floral and event design, staging and production. We have ample on-site outdoor seating and lounge furniture available for up to parties of 60 and can arrange for rentals for parties of more than 300. 

The Respite concierge will schedule your private manicure, pedicure and/or massage with our favorite and highly skilled nail technicians and masseuses.

Prepare  yourself to be immersed in the sounds of bells, bowls, gongs and more,  as you lie on a yoga mat in a relaxing state of meditation.  This is an  ancient healing practice which predates Christ and has been  scientifically linked to reductions in stress and anxiety.

The practice of physical movements (asana), breathing (pranayama), meditation (dhyana) and relaxation (savasana) is a pathway to moving  through emotional and physical tension. Guided yoga and meditation are offered for groups of all sizes and abilities.

Picture an effortless yet exhilarating ride on an e-bike through iconic landscape and architecture seen only at the famed Eldorado and Empire Polo Clubs, or perhaps a ride to Lake Cahuilla or high up into the La Quinta Cove.  We can get you outfitted and we know the best routes.  

Attending Sunday polo is a traditional must during the Coachella Valley's polo season, which runs January through March.  We recommend tailgating, which is offered at both Empire and Eldorado Polo Clubs located less than a mile from the Respite.  Tailgaters can pull up to  the sidelines of the polo field in their car and set-up a picnic.  It is  a casual way to watch a polo game and it provides a social environment  where you can mix and mingle with the other tailgaters.  To ensure the best spot, we will be one of the first to set up your camp field-side, complete with a pop-up market tent, tables, chairs and large blankets.  We will also be happy to provide catering and host services so you can just focus your attention on the action and your guests. 

Goddess parties can be held for a multitude of occasions, each differing from another in terms of activities; however, the underlying intention behind every Goddess party is the empowering of one another by embracing the spirit of womanhood and our collective feminine energy.  We regularly accommodate groups of women at The Respite and can curate a memorable Goddess party for your group, whether it's just for a couple of hours or an entire weekend retreat.
